It was confirmed yesterday on May 21 that T.M.Revolution‘s Takanori Nishikawa will voice Silver Samurai, a major villain who secretly controls Japan in the on-going Disk Wars: The Avengers, Marvel’s first collaboration TV anime series with Toei Animation (Dragon Ball, One Piece, PreCure). He has also provided the OP song “Tsukiyabureru -Time to SMASH!” and ED song “Thread of fate” for the anime.
As a voice actor, Nishikawa previously played Orochi no Ren in the Rurouni Kenshin TV anime (1988), Miguel Ayman in Mobile Suit Gundam Seed (2002-2003), and Heine Westenfluss in Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny (2005). The anime version Silver Samurai voiced by Nishikawa will appear in the 9th episode on May 28 and the 10th on June 4.
