Attack on Titan is not the only action/horror-featured manga franchise which can collaborate with female magazines. The upcoming second issue of Kodansha's new female fashion magazine itLOVE comes with a Kimokawa (grotesque and cute) sticker featuring Migi from Hitoshi Iwaaki's Parasyte manga. Kodansha is, of course, the original publisher of the manga.
According to the press release, there are so many people who are fascinated by the world of Parasyte in the Japanese fashion industry, such as fashion writer Mayuko Kobayashi, stylist Michiko Yamawaki, and artist Erika Hashimoto. They are all decorating their personal belongings with the Migi sticker. True or not, the publisher thinks they should promote the series to the female audience as well. The second issue of itLOVE hits stores this Saturday October 11.
