Last August, Majestic Prince IP rights holder Fields Corporation mentioned the possibility of more anime in a report to investors, along the possibility of pachinko machines, smartphone games and PC apps and other character goods. Now, they've come through with a smartphone game, offered on iOS and Android this week.
Majestic Prince: Shooting Hero is a free download in Japan with in-app purchases. In it, you use your finger to pilot the AHSMB as you navigate space and dog fight the Wulgaru. Boss battles against this adversary have a cooperative element.
The JULIA system conceit of the sci-fi ties in with stamina points, which recover at 1 per half hour... and of course you can buy more.
