The official site for the upcoming live-action film adaptation of Kanae Hazuki's popular shoujo manga Suki-tte Ii na yo/Say, "I Love You." announced today on March 28 that internationally popular English-Irish pop boy band One Direction's "Happily" will be featured as the theme song for the film. The love song is included in their third album "Midnight Memories," which was released in November 2013 and has sold 4.5 million units worldwide including 400,000 in Japan. The total sales of the band in Japan has surpassed 1 million units, the amazing record for a foreign group.

The film tells a love story between Mei Tachibana (haruna Kawaguchi) who has spent her 16-year life without boyfriends and Yamato Kurosawa (Sota Fukushi), the most popular boy in school. It is scheduled to open in Japan on July 12.
