VIDEO: "Hitsugi no Chaika" Latest PV Introduces OP Song by Iori Nomizu

Following the 15-second teaser posted last December, the first full promotional video for the forthcoming TV anime adaptation of Ichiro Sakaki's fantasy light novel series Hitsugi no Chaika is now online. It features the OP song "DARAKENA" sung by 28-year-old anime voice actress/singer Iori Nomizu, who also voices Vivi Holopainen in the anime. The song will be released as her fifth single on April 23.

The TV anime is produced by BONES (Eureka Seven, Darker than Black), and directed by Souichi Masui (Scrapped Princess, Anyamaru Tantei Kiruminzuu) as his second anime adaptation work based on Ichiro Sakaki's novel series after the Scrapped Princess TV anime in 2003. It is scheduled to be premiere in Japan on April 9.
