"Ghost in the Shell" Dives Into 25th Anniversary

In March 1989 British computer scientist, Tim Berners-Lee wrote a proposal for what would eventually become the World Wide Web. In May of the year, Masamune Shirow's cyber thriller manga Ghost in the Shell debuted in Young Magazine. Gearing up for the 25th anniversary celebration of the sci-fi series that made its mark on the international perception of anime and manga, a special GiTS site has launched.

A special anniversary edition eBook is scheduled for June 20th along with volume 3 of the Arise - Sleepless Eye manga, 6 and 7 of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - Tachikoma na Hibi and 1 of Stand Alone Complex - Laughing Man.
