Shochiku has posted a 4-minute special promotional video for Hot Road, the upcoming live-action film adaptation of Taku Tsumugi's popular shoujo manga in the mid-1980s. The director of the film Takahiro Miki supervises the PV featuring the full version of the theme song, "OH MY LITTLE GIRL" by the late Yutaka Ozaki. The song was his biggest hit song, which was released in 1994 two years after his sudden death due to pulmonary edema caused by excessive drinking on April 25, 1992.
The film hits Japanese theaters on August 16.
