DVD set also includes 3 character illustrations, 8 page color book
The official Twitter account for the anime adaptation of Hidekichi Matsumoto‘s Sabagebu! manga announced on Tuesday that the first Blu-ray disc set will include an unaired episode, “Soshite Dareka Inakunatta” (And Someone Was Gone). In the 10-minute episode, the survival game club visits Miou’s vacation villa and finds an aquatic training course.
The volume will ship in Japan on September 24 for 7,000 yen (about US$69) and also include three character illustrations and an eight-page color book.
Sentai Filmworks has licensed the anime for North America, while Crunchyroll is currently streaming the series.
The story of Sabagebu! revolves around Momoka Sonokawa, a girl who transfers into Aogiri all girls’ high school. Miou, president of the “Sabagebu!” club, saves Momoka from a pervert and eventually convinces her to join the club, which conducts survival games. The story goes on to showcase the events that unfold.
