The main staff and five voice actresses for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of popular social game Girl Friend BETA were announced at the press conference held at Akihabara UDX Theater yesterday. Naotaka Hayashi directs his second TV anime following Morita-san wa Mukuchi in 2011. Michiko Yokote (No-Rin, Love Stage!!) works on series composition, and Noriko Tsutsumitani (episode animation director for The Pet Girl of Sakurasou, Dragonar Academy) designs the anime characters.
It is also confirmed that the game's five voice actresses reprise their characters in the TV anime: Satomi Sato as Kokomi Shiina, Rina Sato as Akane Sakurai, Sakura Tange as Chloe Elemaire, Kaori Nazuka as Fumio Murakami, and Hitomi Harada as Erena Mochizuki.
The TV anime Girl Friend BETA will premiere on TV Tokyo and other stations in this fall.
