Super Smash Bros. director Masahiro Sakurai is back on Miiverse with another pic of the day, which ends up being the perfect follow-up to the recent reveal of the brawler's new Fire Emblem characters. The featured character this time is Robin, who has a Nosferatu ability that does damage to your opponents while recovering health for the player.
Sakurai's commentary:
Pic of the day. Robin's Nosferatu is the first ability in the Smash Bros. series that recovers your damage as it gives damage to others. The attack becomes even stronger if you strike from behind! Robin doesn't actually use this ability in the original game, but we added that element to make the character unique. Who knows--the ideas we use in this game may contribute to the original series.
Super Smash Bros. hits Nintendo 3DS first this summer, followed by Wii U this winter.
