TV Anime Adaptation of Light Novel “Jinsei” Set for July



The official teaser site and Twitter account for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Ougyo Kawagishi’s Jinsei/La Bonne Vie light novel series launch today on May 20. And the official title for the anime is announced as Life Advice Service TV Animation Jinsei. Jinsei means “life” in Japanese. The anime, animated by feel. (Dakara Boku wa, Ecchi ga Dekinai, Minami-ke: Tadaima, Outbreak Company), will premiere on TOKYO MX, Yomiuri TV, Chukyo TV, and BS 11 in July. Now you can also check the black-and-white anime character references on the bottom of the official site.

The popular novel series illustrated by Meruchi Nanase (Hell-Come) has been published by Shogakukan’s


light novel label Gagaga Bunko since January 2012 and the latest 8th volume will be released on June 18.


The manga adaptation by Seiji Matsuyama (Eiken), titled Jinsei~Manga no Shou~, is now serialized in


Shogakukan’s monthly manga magazine Sunday GX.



The protagonist of the series is a high school boy Yuki Akamatsu who is belongs to the 2nd newspaper club


at Kumon Gakuen. He is ordered to take charge of the life advice service for the paper by the head of the


club Ayaka Nikaidou. He starts answering the consultations from the students with three girls in the club:


science student Rino Endo, liberal art student Fumi Kujo, and sports-oriented student Ikumi Suzuki. Their


opinions always collide with each other.
