Website Shonengamez has some translations (by RyuujiTk) of recent Jump scans online, including one that reveals more about the upcoming Haikyuu!! game on Nintendo 3DS. According to the report, the latest characters to join the roster are Yū Nishinoya and Asahi Azumane.
Story mode can be played with six different characters, with an original story for each, and they'll become stronger over time as you make your way through the story.
The 3DS take on Haruichi Furudate's manga was originally announced in March, and is due out sometime this year.
