The official site for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Hiroyuki's 4-panel comedy manga Mangaka-san to Assistant-san to, titled as The Comic Artist and the Assistants: The Animation in English, launched today on March 7 and the information embargo is also officially removed. The site reveals the main voice cast including Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as the protagonist, the manga artist Yuuki Aito. The 27-year-old voice actor is best known as the voice of Kirito/Kazuto Kirigaya in Sword Art Online. Saori Hayami, who was highly praised for her voice performance as Ayase Aragaki in the Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai anime series, plays Aito's main assistant Sahoto Ashisu.

The TV anime is animated by ZEXCS (Diabolik Lovers, The Flowers of Evil) and Joji Furuta, who is currently
working as the sub director for the Nobunagun TV anime, will make his TV anime directorial debut. And as
reported, anime voice actress unit StylipS will perform the OP theme song "Junsui na Fujyunbutsu" (Pure
Impurities) and ED theme "Spica." The songs will be be released on May 21 as their sixth single.
The Comic Artist and the Assistants: The Animation is scheduled to premiere in Japan in April.
