Square Enix's arcade-based fantasy collectible card game Lord of Vermilion III is gearing up for a 3.1 (Ark-cell) update with guest characters from Kaku-San-Sei Million Arthur, Final Fantasy Tactics and A Certain Magical Index/Scientific Railgun.
