The official site for the upcoming TV anime Fuun Ishin Dai Shogun today posted a 30-second first promotional video featuring the narration by Tetsuya Kakihara as the protagonist Keiichiro Tokugawa and the OP theme song "Tamashii RISES" by Kyoco. It will be released as her debut single on May 21. The ED song "UPON A STAR" is sung by voice actress Saeko Zougou, who has voiced relatively minor roles such as Harumi in Deadman Wonderland and Caroro Gandack in Problem children are coming from another world, aren't they?. The ED song will also be released as her first single on the same day in Japan.
The two will join the talk show for the anime with the original story creator Kazuya Sasahara at Anime Japan 2014 on March 22. The robot and love story-mixed anime directed by Takashi Watanabe (Slayers, Shakugan no Shana) will premiere on Tokyo MX on April 9.
