Monogatari Second Season - Onimonogatari: Shinobu Time is set to be released on DVD and Blu-ray in Japan on two volumes, April 23rd and May 28th. In addition to cover art, some impressive plans have been revealed for the upcoming collections of the modern fantasy anime.
A limited edition features bonus CD, character commentary by Nishio Ishin, transparent case, special booklet, card pinup, and special bonus footage. The booklet features a collection of the Yomiuri Shimbun newspaper ad art, Nishio Ishin's "Tsubasa Board," "Lost Castle," "Shinobu Science" and new written "Suruga Palace." A cast talk will feature Chiwa Saito, Kato Emiri, Sawashiro Miyuki and Horie Yui.
However, the headline feature for this release is a new theme song, "white lies," featuring the work of meg rock and Clammbon bassist Mito.
