The official site for the TV anime adaptation of Hajime Segawa's psychic action manga Tokyo ESP launched today, and it announced that the anime will premiere on Tokyo MX and other stations in this summer, while the main staff and voice cast are still unknown. Ga-Rei: Zero, a 12-episode prequel anime adaptation of his 2005-2010 mange Ga-Rei, was aired in Japan from October to December in 2008.
Tokyo ESP has been serialized in Kadokawa Shoten's Monthly Shonen Ace since February 2010 and nine tankobon volumes are now available. The anime adaptation project was announced in the July 2013 issue of the magazine. And a crossover manga series between Ga-Rei and Tokyo ESP is also planned.
