Amphibian invader comedy Sgt Frog returned to anime for the first time in nearly three years this week with a new Sunrise Flash anime directed by Haruki Kasugamori.
Cast on the older anime returns, but these are joined by Aoi Yuki (Madoka Magica's Madoka) as the energetic, curious Shin Keroro, Emiri Kato (Madoka's Kyubey) as Tomosu Hinohara, an ordinary boy with an interest in the occult and Ai Kayano (Witch Craft Works' Kasumi) as mysterious classmate Myou Kaneami.
Confirmed returning cast includes:

Natsumi Hinata: Chiwa Saito
Tamama: Etsuko Kozakura
Giroro: Jouji Nakata
Kululu/Kururu: Takehito Koyasu
