Toho Animation's official YouTube channel begins streaming a live-action recreation of the ED movie of P.A. Works' ongoing original TV anime series Sakura Quest featuring (K)NoW_NAME's "Freesia." Instead of the protagonist Yoshino Koharu and other main characters in the original clip, a man wearing the costume and mask of Chupacabra stars in the parody clip. The channels says, "Since it was produced with the mood and flow, quality is not guaranteed."
The CD single of "Freesia" is released in Japan just today, June7. Its 2,052 yen deluxe edition comes with a Blu-ray disc containing a two-chorus version anime ED movie, but this live-action version is not included.
Sakura Quest is now available to Crunchyroll audience in the following territories: USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark.
"You can use this as 'On a date with Chupacabra on a boat now.'"
