Sanrio has teamped up with DC to bring fans what is potentially the most adorable collaboration we've seen in quite a while. Sanrio's own leading lady, Hello Kitty, is all dressed up as Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman for a promotion leading up to the hit film's release in Japan.
In anticipation of the film's August release, fans can pick up a vinyl Hello Kitty Wonder Woman key holder, as well as a mini reprint of the original 1941 Wonder Woman comic. The items will be included in advance ticket sales for the film.
Wonder Woman directly Patty Jenkins is excited about the collaboration, saying she loves Hello Kitty in general and the idea for the promotion in particular. Incidentally, this is also the first time Hello Kitty has been involved in any sort of Western comic collaboration.
Wonder Woman opens in Japan August 25.
