Horror manga author and H.P. Lovecraft aficianado Gou Tanabe has been serializing adaptations of the horror legend's classic work in Enterbrain's Comic Beam seinen manga magazine. This has included "The Hound", "The Colour Out of Space", "The Nameless City," and, starting last fall, "At the Mountains of Madness." Thanks to Dark Horse, a selection of these stories will be coming to North America in July, and the publisher has offered an early preview.
H. P. LOVECRAFT'S THE HOUND AND OTHER STORIES TPB
A pair of decadent young men pursue the abhorrent thrill of grave robbing . . . A German submarine’s crew is driven mad by the call of an underwater temple . . . An explorer in the Arabian Desert discovers a hideous city older than mankind. This moody and evocative manga gets back to the dark foundations of the Cthulhu mythos, adapting three of H. P. Lovecraft’s original stories that first shaped the outlines of cosmic horror!
