Figure and model retailer TMS Entertainment will be releasing a figure of Daisuke Jigen from Lupin III spinoff film “Lupin the Third: Daisuke Jigen’s Gravestone”.
A continuation of 2012 TV anime series “Lupin the Third: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine”, the limited-run theatrical film is the second installment in the “Lupin the Third” series. A Blu-Ray and DVD release is scheduled for November 28th.
The figure, produced under the supervision of film director Takeshi Koike, reproduces Jigen’s hard-boiled appearance from the prequel film in exacting detail, and includes changeable right hand parts so he can be displayed holding either his lighter or his gun for two different looks. The figure will be available in two different versions: a normal version, based on Jigen’s costume colors from “Daisuke Jigen’s Gravestone”, and a “Loft Version”, based on the costume he wears in “The Woman Called Fujiko Mine”.
The normal version will be available from TMS Entertainment online retailer TMS Shop, while the limited Loft version will be available for preorder at Loft retail locations across Japan.
