Premium Bandai to Distribute Re-Releases of "Sailor Moon" Star-Shaped Music Boxes

The gorgeous new Sailor Moon merchandise keeps rolling out, recently with the re-release of the "Crystal Star Brooch" and "Cosmic Heart Compact," and now with the star-shaped music boxes also seen in the "Moonlight Memory Series" back in 1992 and 1993.

Premium Bandai is releasing two versions: the gold edition from 1992, and the alternate pink version from 1993. The music boxes play "Moonlight Densetsu" when you wind the bottom spring, and the moon in the center of the box rotates along to the music. Both boxes come with a gold chain as well, so you can wear them on the go.

They're gorgeous music boxes that are currently available for preorder until November 20 for 5,400 yen. They'll start shipping in March of 2015, so if it's something you want to get your hands on early, you'd better get moving!
