As previously reported several times, Japan Self Defense Force's Okayama provincial cooperation office has been famous for its own three moe mascot girls: Momoe Kibi (Army), Mizuho Seto (Navy), and Airi Bizen (Air Force). They are designed by Humikane Shimada, the original character designer for the military-featured anime series Sky Girls (2007), Strike Witches (2007-), and Girls und Panzer (2012-). And it is confirmed that Momoe Kibi is voiced by Hisako Kanemoto, who is best known as the voice of Ika Musume in Squid Girl and Yayoi Kise/Cure Peace in Smile PreCure!.
Following the well-received "3TO4 Senshi no Clover" released in March, a new fan-made promotional video featuring the three girls, titled "Toaru Chihou no Bouei Shoujo/A Certain Region's Self-defense Girls" (obviously a parody of Toaru Majutsu no Index/A Certain Magical Index) is now online. This video is created by KUMA8, who is well known for his MikuMikuDance videos on Nico Nico Douga.
