5pb. (Steins;Gate) has posted the commercial for their upcoming Rail Wars PS Vita visual novel. Like this season's anime, the game's original story is based on the the light novel series by Takumi Toyoda and Vania 600 concerning an alternate Japan in which the national railway system was never privatized. The release is scheduled for November 27th.
