Cinema Today has posted three new TV CMs for Rurouni Kenshin: Densetsu no Saigo-hen (Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend Ends), the second part of the final installment of the Rurouni Kenshin live-action film series starring Takeru Sato as Kenshin Himura. The CMs will be started aired on Japanese TV stations from tomorrow August 29. The much anticipated final chapter hits Japanese theaters on September 13.
The first part Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Taika-hen (Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno) was released in Japan on August 1 with 439 screens. It has earned an amazing 3.9 billion yen (about US$39 million), and still ranks in a third place in the box office of August 23-24 in its fourth weekend.
