38-year-old popular anime voice actress Hitomi Nabatame reported her marriage on her official blog post of August 4, on her birthday. She is best known as Mana Aida/Cure Heart, the protagonist character in Toei Animation's 2013-2014 TV anime Dokidoki! PreCure. The post is titled "Mana, Happy Birthday! And Me!," because the day was also her most popular anime character's birthday thanks to the kind staff. So she can celebrate her own birthday and Mana's at the same time every year.
After saying Happy Birthday to Mana, Nabatame announced that she has made an entry in the family register. She describes her partner as, "Very gentle, sometimes severe, good-natured, someone I can respect. I myself am surprised at the fact I could marry with such a person." And she adds in the end of the post, "I will be even happier than ever." Congratulations, Nabatame-san!
Nabatame's well-known anime characters in her earliest career were Arcueid Brunestud in Shingetsutan
Tsukihime (2003) and Yuna Miyama in Maburaho (2003-2004). As one of the most popular voice actresses,
she worked for at least 12 TV anime titles last year including Dokidoki! PreCure and as Saori Makishima in
Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai..
