Mantan Web‘s YouTube channel MaiDiGi TV has posted a three-minute video of the genepro (Japanese theater term for dress rehearsal) for “Musical Kuroshitsuji-Chi ni Moeru Licorice-” (Musical Black Butler-Licorice Burning on the Ground-), the latest musical show based on Yana Toboso’s popular manga series.
The 2014 show which is based on the manga’s popular “Jack the Ripper” arc is now playing at Roppongi Blue Theater in Tokyo till September 23, then at Umeda Arts Theater’s Theater Drama City in Osaka from October 2 to 5. All of the tickets for the previously scheduled Tokyo stages were sold out immediately, so two more stages are added on September 15 and 17. The two-disc DVD set containing the last performance in Osaka on October 5 will be released on February 25, 2015.
