Hatsune Miku Blood Drive Looks For Younger Donors

Hatsune Miku Blood Drive Looks For Younger Donors

Looks like Hatsune Miku likes them young. To encourage younger folks to start giving blood, the Japanese Red Cross has recruited the blue-haired Vocaloid to encourage potential donors in teens and 20′s. Recent blood drive bus stops at spots in Shiga Prefecture such as the Aeon Mall Kusatsu have been reserving special incentive goods such as clearfiles for these younger donors. Red Cross PR division’s Takasu Maeda has commented that he is glad that Miku is helping out to get younger people into donating blood.

Speaking of Miku and age concerns, Project TRI, a group of Vocaloid producers that includes MikitoP, buzzG, 164, SunaP, FuwariP, and ChouchouP, have created Magic Girl Overage, a concept album about retired mahou shoujo.
