The churn of excitement around NisiOisiN is getting even bigger than it was yesterday. As the manga and novel author prepares for the September 19th release of Zoku Owarimonogatari, the conclusion of his modern fantasy Monogatari series' final season, and the October debut of his new detective series Okitegami Kyoko no Bobiroku, he's launched a Twitter account.
