A new voice unit called Lyon de Famille no Member ("The Members of the Lyon Family") will perform the opening theme for Tenshi no 3P! (also known as Here comes the three angels), an upcoming TV anime based on the series of light novels written by Sagu Aoyama and illustrated by Tinkle about a group of young girls wanting to form a 3 piece rock band.
The opening theme is entitled "Habataki no Birthday" ("Wing-Flapping Birthday"), and it will be performed in-character by Jun Gotō (voiced by Yuko Ono), Nozomi Momijidani (voiced by Yurika Endō), and Sora Kaneshiro (voiced by Aoi Koga). "Habataki no Birthday" will also be released as a single in Japan on July 26, 2017.
The Tenshi no 3P! light novels are published by ASCII Media Works under their Dengeki Bunko label. Described as a "loli pop comedy", the story focuses on Kyō Nukui, a high school student who often skips school in order to secretly compose songs using Vocaloid software. One day, Kyō is contacted by three 5th grade girls who want him to help them produce music. The girls form a band called Lyon de Famille no Member and perform live music in the annex of the church at the orphanage at which they live.
The Tenshi no 3P! TV anime is directed by Shinsuke Yanagi and features animation by project No. 9, and it will debut in the Summer season of 2017.
