The peace and calm of an otherwise ordinary Sunday afternoon is shattered into a million pieces by the impending arrival of two new anime simulcasts on Crunchyroll: ORECA BATTLE and DRAGON COLLECTION!

Based on Konami’s arcade card game Monster Chronicles ORECA BATTLE, the anime adaptation revolves around a young boy named Faiya Orega who loves Oreca competitions. One day, he is granted the power to summon real Oreca monsters due to the mysterious powers of the treasure chest Pandora. To protect the peace of the Oreca world, Faiya must fight the demon king who threatens the land.
Oreca is a popular card game that allows players to fight, capture, raise and combine monsters to create new creatures. The game first started in Japan in 2012. The card game also spawned a manga spin-off drawn by Satoshi Yamaura.

Relative newcomer Haruna Sakurai, who previously played a minor student role in Another, is cast as the main character Hiro, Aki Kanada, who also voiced Flora in the Jewelpet series, plays Shin, Hiroshi Okamoto, Elf November in Senyu 2, plays Rei, Sumire Moroboshi, who also voiced Himiko in The Ambition of Oda Nobuna, stars as Yuna, and Misato Fukuen, whose other roles include Marie Nobi from Valvrave the Liberator, is Papi.
