Crunchyroll Adds "Riddle Story of Devil" Anime

Lo and behold! A new anime announcement graces us this special day! Riddle Story of Devil, based on the manga series from Yun Kouga, is set to begin streaming on Crunchyroll tomorrow.


 


Riddle Story of Devil is set to broadcast every Friday starting with episode 1 on April 11 at 12:00pm Pacific Time for its premium members, with free members able to watch one week later. Episode 2 will be available ASAP and episode 3 will stream during the regular timeslot. More information can be found on www.crunchyroll.com/riddle.


 



 


Story and background


 


Based on the original manga series from Yun Kouga, Riddle Story of Devil takes place at Myojo Academy, a private girls' boarding school. The 10th year's Kurogumi class has 12 assassins with their sights on one target, Haru Ichinose. Tokaku Azuma is a recent transfer student who is also targeting Ichinose, but she gradually develops feelings for Ichinose and decides to protect her from the other assassins.


 


Voice actress Hisako Kanemoto will be voicing Haru Ichinose, while Ayaka Suwa will be playing Tokaku Azuma. Kiyoko Yoshimura is in charge of the series scripts, and Naomi Ide is serving as the character designer and chief animation director.


 


Riddle Story of Devil will be available to Crunchyroll’s audience in the following territories: Europe (excluding German speaking territories, UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia), the Arab League, and the Middle East.
