Along with the announcement that Natsumi Kon will provide the opening theme, "Niji no Kakera," a new, third preview for the TV anime adaptation of Matcha Hazuki's Isshukan Friends. (One Week Friends.) has been posted.
The TV anime adaptation is produced by Brain's Base (Natsume Yujin-cho, Brothers Conflict) and directed by Taro Iwasaki (Yakushiji Ryoko no Kaiki Jikenbo). It is scheduled to premiere on Tokyo MX on April 6, then followed by other stations (MBS, TV Aichi, AT-X, BS11). Also the advanced screening event of the 1st episode will be held in Tokyo on March 29, one week before the TV premiere day.
The story revolves around a second grade high school student Yuuki Hase and his classmate Kaori Fujimiya. Kaori has shown no interest in relationships with others and has always kept to herself in the class. Yuuki wishes to become her friend, but she confesses that her memory of her important friends disappear in a week and resets on every Monday. Even though knowing the truth, Yuuki tries to be her friend every week again and again.
