Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution doesn't just have a load of fighting to look forward to. Studio Pierrot created 50 minutes of original animation for the game, which includes a story detailing the background of the Akatsuki.
Players will be able to learn more about the group's origins in the story, which is woven into the gameplay, and series creator Masashi Kishimoto even designed some new outfits for some of the members like Sasori and Kakuu. You can see some stills of the new animation in the latest batch of screens.
Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution is set for release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this year.
