Leave it to Sony to help make sure Shinji keeps his mobile music player technology up to date. There are few early details, but late next month, they'll be taking orders for an Evangelion branded Walkman F series high-resolution audio player.
The high-resolution F series added FLAC, HE-AAC support and, like the E series, plays MP3, WMA, L-PCM, and AAC format audio, as well as integrating with Sony Music Unlimited.
