Dragon Ball might not have had quite the same impact on Hunter x Hunter author Yoshihiro Togashi as it did later manga creators, like One Piece's Eiichiro Oda or Fairy Tail's Hiro Mashima, but the influence of Akira Toriyama's monster hit on HxH and its predecessor, Yu Yu Hakusho, is still remarkable. This makes it all the more interesting to see fan artist Takumi mesh the two series.
