After half dozen manga adaptations, fleet girl game phenomenon Kan Colle is set to be adapted into anime by diomedea diomedea (Squid Girl, Problem Children) this year. A new scan making the rounds on Japanese blogs lists that Keizou Kusokawa (Ro-Kyu-Bu! , Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, the studio's upcoming Akuma no Riddle) will be directing.
Jukki Hanada (Steins;Gate, Beyond the Boundary) is listed on series composition.
Japanese destroyer Fubuki, voiced by Sumire Uesaka in the game, has been featured prominently in the anime's promo material.
