LINE WEBTOON is expanding its lineup once again with 1000, a new comic created by Power Man and Iron Fist's Sanford Greene and Greene's Rotten Apple collaborator James Bruce Brown III.
1000 stars Dragon Son, a powerful entity attempting to regain his dragon form by performing 1,000 acts of repentance. He is accompanied through the comic's modern fantasy setting by five agents who have the secret task of keeping the world from crumbling completely. Also, each installment will include an original hip-hop soundrack.
LINE WEBTOON is an international platform for digital comics, providing a space for both indie and professional comic creators to experiment with a vertical storytelling format. Originating in Korea and gaining popularity in Japan, LINE has become a worldwide resource for all sorts of communication.
This will be the first time that either Greene or Brown has engaged in the digital comic format.
1000 will be premiering on LINE WEBTOON this summer. If you don't yet have the app, you can grab it free on the Apple store or Google Play.
