As light novel readers guessed from the episode count, Sword Art Online II is prepared to progress past the Gun Gale Online focused "Phantom Bullet" arc. With that story ending, the anime is now geared up for "Calibur," Sinon's GGO postscript adventure in ALfheim Online, on October 18th, then the girls get the opportunity to shine in "Mother's Rosario" on November 8th. Haruka Tomatsu and LiSA provide new opening and ending.
