Colossal Titan Joins Voice Actor Yūki Kaji For Tokyo International Film Festival Red Carpet - UPDATED

The 27th Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF) opens today with the world premiere of the first Attack on Titan compilation movie, "Guren no Yumiya," scheduled for October 31st. Promoting it, Eren Yeager voice actor Yūki Kaji hit the red carpet accompaned by his good friend Colossal. 


 












 


The film contains some never-seen-before footage including an episode when Eren and Jean were trainee soldiers, Linked Horizon performs a new theme song "Guren no Zahyou" (Crimson Coordinates), and the soundtrack composer Hiroyuki Sawano creates the ED theme for the film.


 


The first part which compiles the first 13 episodes of the TV anime is scheduled to be released across Japan (currently 50 theaters listed) on November 22, 2014. Then the second part "Jiyuu no Tsubasa," which tells the story from the 14th to 25th episode, will follow sometime in 2015.


 



 


With the "The World of Hideaki Anno” offering a retrospective on the Evangelion creator's career. Hideaki Anno and his manga author wife Moyocco Anno also hit the carpet.
