Japanese car manufacturer Suzuki Motor Corp. has posted five CMs for its latest Kei SUV Hustler on its official YouTube channel. One of them features Dr. Slump, famous Japanese manga artist (and probably one of the richest) Akira Toriyama's first successful work before Dragon Ball. The protagonist Arare in the CM is voiced by Mami Koyama, the original voice actress in the first TV anime series in 1981-1986. Gatchan's voice is provided by Kumiko Nishihara, who played the character in the short anime film Dr. Slump: Dr. Mashirito & Abale-chan in 2007. You can also check its making video including how it was animated at Toei Animation Studio here.
