Lantis has posted a five-minute promotional video for "Calendar Girls," the two-disc best album of the popular trading card game/TV anime series Aikatsu!. The best album contains 23 hit songs used in the game and anime, including never-released solo versions by Mizuki (Move on now!), Ran (Trap of Love), Yurika (Glass Doll), Ichigo (Idol Katsudo!), and Ichigo&Ringo (Wake up my music). It is just released in Japan on April 9 and the first lot comes with three original Aikatsu! cards.

The anime is now also featured on the cover of the current May 2014 issue of Gakken's anime specialized
magazine Animedia. The magazine celebrates its 400th issue this month. This is the first time for the
franchise, which has been treated as nothing more than just kids' stuff, to be featured on the cover of
any specialized magazines. Considering its recent commercial success (greater than Dragon Ball and
PreCure), it may be no surprise at all.
