In an interview with Edge, Microsoft Game Studios’ Ken Lobb has said that he believes Black Tusk will bring some innovation to Gears of War:
“I actually have tons of respect for Chuck [Osieja, creative director] and all the guys up at Black Tusk. I think the reality is what we have is innovative Gears Of War. That’s what I believe they’re going to make.”
He went on to explain that they’re toying with some interesting concepts, although he didn’t tell us exactly what they are:
