Pony Canyon has posted a short version promotional video for popular anime voice actress Yoko Hikasa's 4th single "EX:FUTURIZE" on its official YouTube anime channel. The song is now featured as the OP theme for the on-going TV anime Z/X IGNITION. She also voices Michael, one of the four archangels in the anime.
Hikasa, who was known as a member of the voice actress unit Houkago Tea Time for the K-ON! anime series, made her solo singer debut with 1st single "Utsukushiki Zankoku na Sekai" (Attack on Titan ED) in May 2013. The single took a very good 9th place in the Oricon weekly single ranking in its first week. So far she has released three singles and one collaboration album. The 4th single "EX:FUTURIZE" will be released in Japan on February 12 in two editions. The limited edition comes with a DVD contains the full music video of the song.
