Sega has some action brewing for Sonic the Hedgehog, including a 2014 trip to compete against Mario and co. again in Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games. However, if a poster spotted at last week's Nuremberg Toy Fair is to be believed, there's also a new game planned for Wii U, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in 2015.
It seems like an inevitability, really, but Sega hasn't announced anything official so it's still hanging around in rumor territory. The poster, pictured below, comes from Jazwares, maker of Sonic toys.
As you can see, the poster also details the previously announced plans for this fall's Sonic Boom show on Cartoon Network. For now, we'll have to wait and see what Sega has cooking for Sonic's debut on the latest consoles.
