“Puzzle & Dragons” Launches “Rebuild of Evangelion” Collaboration in the U.S. Next Month

Mobile game Puzzle & Dragons is getting ready for a major collaboration with Evangelion, with plans to launch the Rebuild of Evangelion-themed dungeons, characters, and more in Japan on February 24. Even better news, however, is that the event is comng to the United States in early March.

The Rebuild of Evangelion event will introduce an Evangelion-themed dungeon into the game, pitting players against the anime series' Angel enemies. The 9th Angel will be added to the dungeon roster as a bonus, and the collaboration will also feature a special Rare Egg machine shaped like EVA-01.

Special egg drops include Eva characters Shinji, Rei, Asuka, Mari, and Kaworu, each depicted with their respective EVA units, as well as a depiction of Misato with the AAA Wunder flying battleship. The collaboration monsters have also been given special Awoken Skills, and there will be all new Evangelion-themed Ultimate Evolutions.
