Square Enix announced a North American date for Drakengard 3, which will be also be released in a nice collector's edition package. The special set comes with all of the game's pre-order bonuses and some extras, and will be available when the game launches on May 20.
Contents include the complete prequel novella; official soundtrack CD sampler; prequel stage DLC featuring Zero's sister, One; costume of Caim from the original Drakengard; Giant Baby Hat DLC for in-game dragon companion; and a collectible Drakengard 3 poster.
Only 5,000 copies of the Collector's Edition will be made available exclusively on the Square Enix Online Store, where it will be priced at $79.99.
If you just want to get in on the $49.99 standard edition and some of the bonuses, those will be available in tiers depending on when you pre-order.
Europe is getting Drakengard 3 on May 21, but it will be a digital-only release.
