Back when the insanely successful Kickstarter campaign for Keiji Inafune's spiritual successor to Mega Man, Mighty No. 9, was nearing its end, fans were able to start voting on designs for protagonist Beck's sidekick. Now the winning look for Call has been decided, with design F pulling through by a narrow margin.
Here's the winner, with 43.39% of the votes:
Call F, by Inti Creates' Yuuji Natsume
Second and third place went to Call E (41.14%) and Call H (15.47%), respectively. You can see what those would have looked like below.
The Mighty No. 9 Kickstarter came to an end at the beginning of October. With PayPal added in, it managed to blast through every stretch goal and pass the $4 million mark. The game itself is currently planned for an April 2015 release on PC (Windows, Mac, Linux), PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, PS Vita, and Nintendo 3DS.
