While nothing has been confirmed and it could just be a mistake, the release calendar page of Nintendo's official website has an Inazuma Eleven 3DS game listed for North American release. It's unclear which of the many games it could be, but the listing has it planned for Q1 2014.
The find comes from NeoGAF, and as the post over at Gematsu points out, there are a handful of Level-5's games that could see release. Among the Japanese releases are Inazuma Eleven 3: Lightning Bolt/Bomb Blast/The Ogre, Inazuma Eleven GO, Inazuma Eleven GO 2 Chrono Stone Neppuu/Raimei, Inazuma Eleven 1•2•3!! Endou Mamoru Densetsu, and Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy: Big Bang/Supernova.
We'll have to wait and see if Nintendo announces anything in the near future.
